All products are sourced directly from trusted international suppliers.
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
Prices may change without prior notice.
We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile banking (bKash/Nagad), and debit/credit cards where applicable.
Full payment is required in advance to confirm your order.
4. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Orders are subject to product availability.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.
Delivery within Dhaka typically takes 1–3 working days, and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka.
Shipping fees apply unless stated otherwise during promotions.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our premium products, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases of:
Wrong item sent
Damaged item (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with video proof)
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped.
Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (name, address, contact info) is used solely for processing and delivering orders.
We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
