1. Return Eligibility

  • The product delivered is different from the item you ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items (unless defective or incorrectly delivered).
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the product and the problem.
  4. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Product Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the return conditions.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not comply with this policy.


5. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on the payment method, refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Mobile Financial Services (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
  • Original Payment Gateway
  • Store Credit (where applicable)

Refund processing generally takes 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the wrong or defective product was delivered, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for reasons other than our mistake, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept an order without a valid reason, or provides incorrect delivery information, any applicable delivery or return charges may be deducted from the refund or charged separately.
